Billy Ray, the father of teen star Miley Cyrus has forbidden her daughter to change her physical appearance with cosmetic surgery, forever.
So his father asked him to never perform any such operation.
She says the magazine Us Weekly : "My father never let me do me any operation, not even my teeth fixed. He loves, and says, 'That's you.' "
